The Switch Workshop hit the west coast on January 29th, 2013, with another group of 24 curious entrepreneurs, marketers, and product developers gathering at the W Hotel in San Francisco to learn about why we buy the products that we buy.
Each attendee watched and participated in live interviews, and took a deep dive into the background of the Jobs-to-be-Done Framework.
We’d like to extend a huge thanks to everyone who attended, and everyone who helped to make this workshop happen.
We hope you’re armed with a new understanding of why people switch, and a new approach to designing and developing great profitable products!
